I'm getting this error message when I try to add a question to my form. Why is that?

If you are seeing the error message below, it's because a question already exists that uses that field name.

The screenshot below shows the field which cannot be duplicated, hence the reason the error message is showing.

If you need to use the existing question or make changes to it, select the Add Question button and then select Previous Question.
