From time to time it might be necessary to merge two or more contacts. It's useful for duplicates with slightly different details such as email addresses (the system will know it's the same person if the email address is identical to an existing contact).

1. Select Contacts

2. Select the contacts you'd like to merge by ticking the box next to their name and then click Merge.

3. Choose which contact is the one you'd like to keep. The other one's details will be merged into this contact.

You're done! The contacts are now merged.
