There are two main reasons why your email send shows some or all of the recipients as Queued after the date and time the send was scheduled to go:

1. You've attached a large file. We recommend that a file attachment is no larger than 5mb. The problem with larger files is that they can slow or stop the campaign from sending in full. If you're attaching a file with lots of images embedded it's best to make sure the images are scaled accordingly so they are not too large in file size. If your attachment is a PDF, Acrobat has a Save As function which allows you to reduce file size.

2. You are sending to a large number of recipients and have scheduled the send to go in 5 minutes, not giving enough time for the send to be processed before the send starts. It's quite unusual for this to happen, but it is possible.
